Excellent outcome from procedure. Doctor and staff very professional and friendly.

Positive experience with a relative. Doctor started off distant but warmed up and was so personable throughout the process. Attentive afterwards. I recommend this office over others I heard of. The doctor called same day after surgery to follow up. That meant a lot! Front staff, main older lady was kind of rude and insensitive. Shame because clinical staff and doctor were friendly and awesome.

An eye exam where I became aware of my severe hooded eyes that impacted my driving is what lead me to Dr. Leo Farrell. I was scared to death. Not only was the staff excellent, but Dr. Farrell’s work incredible. He completed blepharoplasty surgery to correct the issue. Words cannot describe his work, my no complication & effortless recovery, and the results—stunning! He is detailed oriented, thorough, calm, knowledgeable beyond belief, reassuring, and masterfully skilled. My surgery time was minimal, my recovery ~1week. No one even knew I had surgery; however MANY commented that I looked great or rested—Incredible. He has years experience, a solid surgical team, and a professional, reassuring delivery, & kind bedside manner. Dr. Deb Farrell also incredibly talented. My personal experience & personal opinion rate as a high highly recommend.

Dr. Farrell and his whole team were amazing during my loved one's recent surgery. They were always kind, friendly, caring, and understanding each time we met. It was difficult to find someone to trust to operate on my loved one, but they embraced my family and put our fears at ease. Dr. Farrell and his team went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to schedule the surgery in a timely manner. Dr. Farrell is a wonderfully talented surgeon and we are very pleased with the results of his surgery. I will be forever grateful the service and care we received!

These people are frauds. On March 22, 2021, I reported to Dr. Farrell's office for a tattoo removal consultation. During this consultation, I spoke to two nurses about my tattoo. I showed them what parts I wanted removed; I asked them how much it would cost in total to completely remove those parts; they informed me that it would be $695 to remove part of the tattoo and $995 to remove the whole tattoo. Not once did either of them say that this was the cost per session. I even told them that $995 was a good deal to completely remove the tattoo and I did not see why someone wouldn't just pay the extra $300 to get the whole thing removed. Once again, they did not mention that it was $995 PER SESSION to completely remove a tattoo and $695 PER SESSION to remove part of a tattoo. On 06/04/2021, I reported to Dr. Farrell's office for my first tattoo removal session. After the session, I reported to the check out desk. The woman at the check out desk told me that the cost for the day's session was $595 ($695 minus the $100 that I already paid for the consultation). I was shocked. I asked her if this $595 fee would carry over to subsequent sessions as I was told that $695 was the cost for the entire tattoo removal. The woman apologized and told me there must have been a miscommunication; she told me it was $695 per session. I foolishly decided to just pay it. Not long after I left, I called the office and told them I was not pleased with the fraud they perpetrated on me. I informed them that the nurses clearly declared that the total cost for removing part of a tattoo was $695 and the total cost for removing a whole tattoo was $995; never once did they say that the cost was PER SESSION. An office manager called me back and told me that she spoke to the nurses and the doctor, and all she could offer me was an apology for the miscommunication. I told her that it wasn't a simple miscommunication; their nurses deceived me. I told her my recommendation to their office was that they needed to be more clear with their clients: they needed to stipulate that the cost of $695/$995 was PER SESSION, not in total. I am in the process of disputing this charge with my credit card company; filing a formal complaint with the Business Bureau, and will be filing a small claims suit against this practice.

I had a great experience with Dr. Farrell and his amazing team. They have great bedside manners and make you feel right at home. Dr. Farrell took the time to throughly explain the procedure both pre and post. I went back several time ti ask question about my procedure prior to my surgery. I.m very satisfied with the outcome of my surgery. I would recommend Dr. Farrell to anyone looking to have an outstanding outcome regardless of what service you choose.

I have had the most amazing experience with Dr. Farrell and the staff here. I had a breast reduction and the staff really helped me through the entire process from insurance questions to aftercare questions . I’m very pleased with the look of my results as well as everything about this surgery. Dr. Farrell even took the time to talk to me twice on different weekends with concerns I had. Highly recommend!!!!!!

The nicest, most thoughtful most competent group of people. Dr. Farrell is an incredible doctor and surgeon who truly cares for his parents. The nurses and administrative staff are so helpful and super sweet. I would give 10 stars if it were an option.

The staff were all wonderful and supportive. I felt very comfortable. AMAZING doctor with a very caring demeanor. I highly recommend Dr. Farrell.
